Abstract
Die seit ca. 3 Jahren vorliegende praxistaugliche deutsche Version der Toronto-Alexithymie-Skala (TAS-26), eine unkompliziert anzuwendende Fragenliste, hat es möglich gemacht, das Merkmal Alexithymie in der klinischen Routine einer Klinik für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie einfach zu erfassen. Damit besteht die Möglichkeit, neben den subjektiven klinischen Eindruck und das Explorationsergebnis die teilweise Objektivierung durch den psychologischen Test zu stellen. Seit 3.5.02 wurde dieser Fragebogen allen Patienten der Klinik für Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik der Kliniken Erlabrunn gGmbH bei Aufnahme und bei Entlassung vorgelegt. So stehen bis Ende 2004 ca. 800 komplette Datensätze prä-post zur Auswertung zur Verfügung.
