Ancrage et identité territoriale des systèmes agroalimentaires localises La globalisation croissante des marchés des produits agricoles a provoqué d’importants changements dans les systèmes agroalimentaires localisés (Syal). - Par exemple, au Québec, les productions localisées qui sont de plus en plus identifiées à un territoire et revendiquées, sont en augmentation. Comment s’est affirmée cette reconnaissance entre le produit et le terroir ? - De même, en Corse, dans les filières fromagère et porcine, comment s’est construit le concept d’un savoir-faire ancré territorialement, permettant ainsi d’asseoir le lien entre la filière et le territoire ? - De la même façon, l’activité des associations pour le maintien de l’agriculture paysanne a développé un nouveau type de Syal. Son émergence en Provence, par exemple, révèle l’impulsion des nouvelles relations qui se jouent entre les agriculteurs périurbains liés au terroir et les consommateurs. - Mais, à l’opposé, les changements intervenus dans la production agricole peuvent affecter durablement l’ancrage territorial d’un produit. L’approche d’un Syal offre un cadre pertinent pour comprendre l’évolution des activités productives face aux processus de localisation et de délocalisation, aux défis environnementaux et à la nouvelle ruralité. La production agricole argentine en est une illustration.
