Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract Cycloadditions are powerful processes to synthesize complex polycyclic scaffolds. Herein, we disclose a [4+3]‐cycloaddition between an in situ generated ortho ‐quinone methide and an isomünchnone to yield oxa‐bridged oxazocine cores, generating N 2 and H 2 O as the sole by‐products. Using only catalytic amounts of camphorsulfonic acid, it is possible to generate both reactive intermediates in one step, eliminating the need for rhodium catalysts generally employed for isomünchnone formation. Spectroscopic data and X‐ray crystallography indicate the formation of the syn diastereomer, with the main side‐product arising from a hydrate participating in a competing [4+2]‐cycloaddition pathway.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
