P-Analoga von Cyclohexan: Die ersten homocyclischen Hexaphosphor-Dikationen [P6Ph4R4]2+ (R=Ph, Me; siehe Bild, P gelb, C dunkelgrau) wurden in einer Reaktion in der Schmelze aus einfach zugänglichen Ausgangsverbindungen nahezu quantitativ erhalten. Die Röntgenstrukturanalyse der Dikationen ergab Cyclohexan-artige verdrillte Boot- und Sesselkonformationen der Phosphorhomocyclen im festen Zustand.
