Abstract
Introduction: Domperidone is a dopamine blocker with both gastrokinetic and antiemetic activity. When used off-label in many countries to improve breast milk supply, cases of withdrawal syndrome have been reported on discontinuance. We present a case of domperidone withdrawal requiring prolonged tapering schedule.
