Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In patients with low back pain and neck pain who had not achieved satisfactory results with previous conventional treatments, Liliana Babio and colleagues from the Department of Kinesiology found significant improvements with osteopathic treatment. Rocío N. Barrios and colleagues from Hospital Italiano and the Epidemiology Office of the Ministry of Health of the City investigated the epidemiological profile of 404 traffic accidents admitted to the Hospital during 2018. Gabriela Urman and colleagues from the Department of Maternal and Child Health, Universidad Maimónides, evaluated parents’ beliefs and expectations regarding indications and potential problems associated with the use of imaging studies requested at an outpatient pediatric center. Álvaro Vallejos Narváez, from the Clinical Pharmacology Department of Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, and collaborators from Hospital de San José, Bogotá, Colombia, present a clinical case of neurocysticercosis and seizures that developed DRESS syndrome (Drug Reaction with Eosinophilia and Systemic Symptoms) due to phenytoin. Natali Bodnariuk and collaborators from the Departments of Dermatology and Internal Medicine illustrate a clinical case of bullous pyoderma gangrenosum, an atypical form of pyoderma gangrenosum, as a presentation of acute myeloid leukemia. In Images in Internal Medicine and Surgery, Jessica Medina and Luis Alejandro Boccalatte, from the Departments of General Surgery of Hospital Italiano and Centro Gallego de Buenos Aires, illustrate the case of a patient with relapse of Burkitt lymphoma in the palate. In the section Questions to the Expert, Miriam Rozenek, from the Department of Internal Medicine and Secretary of the Vaccine Commission of the Argentine Society of Infectious Diseases, answers the question: Do the available anti-COVID-19 vaccines differ in efficacy in older adults? In the section Hospital Italiano in Medline, Pablo M. Ajler, from the Skull Base Section of the Department of Neurosurgery, summarizes the recently published experience of 30 cases of craniopharyngioma operated on at Hospital Italiano. Daiana Macarena Ibáñez Alegre, Luis Daniel Mazzuoccolo, and Adriana Raquel Rinflerch update advances in CRISPR-Cas gene-editing technology and its potential applications. Andrea M. Actis, from the Chair of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the University Institute, recalls the personal and academic life of the Canadian scientist Maud Leonora Menten, known for her work on enzyme kinetics together with Leonor Michaelis in 1913.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
