L'ouvrage se termine sur le témoignage de deux Franco-Ontariens, l'un du centreest et l'autre du nord : Raymond Leblanc et Jean-François Boulanger.Leurs témoignages portent sur leurs expériences de vies, leur cheminement professionnel en tant que francophones dans un milieu majoritairement anglophone.Cet ouvrage est un outil indispensable pour connaitre et comprendre le fonctionnement de l'éducation en Ontario ainsi que mieux appréhender la réalité de l'éducation de langue française.Les politiques ministérielles sont expliquées et contextualisées d'une façon qui en facilite la compréhension.Même si assez souvent, les auteurs ont porté un regard positif sur ces politiques, cela a été fait à la lumière des connaissances issues de la recherche.Il aurait été intéressant cependant, voire souhaitable, qu'un traitement plus important fût accordé aux programmes de formation en enseignement ou à la direction d'école.Enfin, il faut noter que la révision linguistique aurait gagné à être plus rigoureuse.
