Abstract
Objetivo: Objetivo deste estudo foi identificar a percepção da dor em portadores de dislipidemia por meio questionário de qualidade de vida, domínio dor McGill. Métodos: Estudo de abordagem descritiva transversal, amostra por conveniência, pacientes em tratamento na clínica de Fisioterapia, de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior.Utilizouum instrumentoque avalia a qualidade de vida, com ênfase no domínio: dor, denominado McGill, composto por 4 áreas da dor: qualidade sensorial, afetiva, temporal e miscelânea da dor. Resultados: 18 participantes, idade 70,6 ± 8,12 e 60,8 ± 11,86 anos respectivamente. A percepção da dor teve como características: “Formigamento” e “Dolorida” (22,2%) no grupo “Sensorial”; “Cansativa” (11,1%) no grupo “Afetivo”; “Que incomoda” (27,7%) no grupo “Avaliativo” e “Adormece” e “Repuxa” (5,5%) em Miscelânea. Conclusão: Sugere-se que o portador de dislipidemia, em uso de estatinas, segundo resultados desse estudo através do uso do questionário McGill, presencia a sua dor como aquela dor “que o incomoda” e dessa forma reduz a qualidade de vida.
