Abstract
La mesure de l’efficacité des normes de comportement organisationnelles ne saurait se cantonner à la mesure du suivi strict par les employés des règles formelles de comportement au travail. En effet, la demande de l’entreprise, notamment, dans le contact avec la clientèle, requiert une authenticité des comportements exprimés vis-à-vis du client. Or, cette authenticité ne peut exister sans adhésion aux normes et ressenti émotionnel. Le problème qui peut, alors se poser, pour l’organisation concerne l’efficacité des normes inculquées. Sont-elles congruentes avec les ressentis des employés ? sont-elles pas la cause d’une réelle inauthenticité et de ses diverses conséquences néfastes ? Pour mesurer et gérer cette problématique, il est question, dans un premier temps, de faire le point sur les normes imposées au travail, l’authenticité et ses effets, avant de répertorier les conséquences néfastes probables de l’existence d’une dissonance. Finalement, l’établissement d’un instrument en permettra le management, soit la mesure de l’efficacité des normes dans le cadre d’une recherche d’authenticité.
