SUMMARY: Li and colleagues present REFLECT, a computational approach to precision oncology that nominates effective drug combinations by utilizing a diverse compendium of publicly available preclinical and clinical genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data. The preliminary validation of the REFLECT system in preclinical and clinical trial settings showcases potential for clinical implementation, although challenges remain.
