En fin 2020, le CNC dans son bilan et rapport de l’année, s’était objectivé 2021 comme une année-espoir, c’est-à-dire, celle de la reprise et du rattrapage. Aujourd’hui, après son bref abordage, on se rend compte du sommeil profond dans lequel l’art du spectacle est rendu, bien plus, qu’il est encore loin de sortir de son chaos. Cette réflexion veut d’abord faire ce constat, un bilan trimestriel de l’impact de la crise sur le cinéma et le théâtre. Ces deux arts qui portent dans les confins de la terre, la culture française. Ensuite, réfléchit à la grande problématique du retour aux salles. Fait qui semble être devenu impossible. Si l’AFC (Association des Professionnels du Cinéma) est allée jusqu’à adresser une lettre au ministre de la Culture pour demander un recours à l’activité partielle et à la problématique des franchises "salaires", c’est évidemment parce que la situation se précarise et que l’art semble être relayé au second plan comme le disait Laurent Aléonard (Directeur académique de EMLV, Pôle Léonard de Vinci – UGEI) dans son article « Quand le cinéma se déconfinera » du 9 février dans The Conversation.
