Abstract
Hintergrund Bei der chronisch-obstruktiven Lungenerkrankung (COPD) sind Mortalität und Exazerbationen mit bestehenden Komorbiditäten und funktionellen Parametern assoziiert. Der prädiktive Wert hinsichtlich verschiedener Outcomes kann womöglich variieren. Daher haben wir die Bedeutung von Komorbiditäten, insbesondere von kardialen Erkrankungen, und der Abnahme der Lungenfunktion als Risikofaktoren für Mortalität und Exazerbationen in der COSYCONET-Kohorte, einer Langzeitbeobachtung von Patienten mit stabiler COPD, untersucht.
