Abstract. This study aims to determine how the effect of employee training on employee performance at the Center for Development of Road, Housing, and Regional Infrastructure Development (Pusbangkom Jpw) Bandung City. The phenomenon that occurs in the agency is that the training carried out has not had a direct impact on employee performance and has not achieved performance according to targets, so it is necessary to further investigate whether the employee training can affect employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive and verification approach. The data collection method used is by conducting observations and questionnaires. Respondents in this study were civil servants at the Center for Competency Development for Roads, Housing, and Regional Infrastructure Development (Pusbangkom Jpw) Bandung City who had worked for at least one year and had attended employee training. The results of this study conclude that 1) Employee Training at the Center for Competency Development for Roads, Housing, and Regional Infrastructure Development (Pusbangkom Jpw) Bandung City has been running very well. 2) Employee performance at the Center for Competency Development for Roads, Housing, and Regional Infrastructure Development (Pusbangkom Jpw) Bandung City is quite good. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of employee training on employee performance at the Center for Competency Development for Roads, Housing, and Regional Infrastructure Development (Pusbangkom Jpw) Bandung City with a contribution of 15.7% influence. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Pelatihan Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan, Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Pusbangkom Jpw) Kota Bandung. Fenomena yang terjadi dalam instansi tersebut yaitu pelatihan yang dilakukan belum berdampak langsung kepada kinerja pegawai dan belum tercapainya kinerja sesuai target, sehingga perlu diteliti lebih lanjut apakah pelatihan pegawai tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan, Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Pusbangkom Jpw) Kota Bandung yang sudah bekerja minimal satu tahun dan sudah mengikuti pelatihan pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) Pelatihan Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan, Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Pusbangkom Jpw) Kota Bandung sudah berjalan dengan sangat baik. 2) Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan, Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Pusbangkom Jpw) Kota Bandung sudah cukup baik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pelatihan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan Kompetensi Jalan, Perumahan, Dan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah (Pusbangkom Jpw) Kota Bandung dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 15.7%
