Abstract
Taking as a starting point an exploratory study on the site of the Guérande peninsula, we proposed to analyze three relatively recent patrimonial initiatives rotted to the territory. This heritage inscription seems like an academic case of social construction'. More precisely, we regarded three initiatives identified as many dramaturgical setting' (Goffman, 1973) with their actors', their backstage'\n Nevertheless, the three Heritage point of view present to this territory are essentially carried by political, economic or territorial actors, which raises the question of the strong ties between heritage constructions, on one hand, and economic, political and/or territorial issues on the other hand. / À partir d'une étude exploratoire sur le site de la presqu'île de Guérande, nous proposons d'analyser trois initiatives patrimoniales relativement récentes inscrites sur ce territoire. Cette patrimonialisation relève quasiment d'un cas d'école de « construction sociale ». Plus précisément, nous avons considéré les trois initiatives identifiées comme autant de « mises en scène » (Goffman, 1973) avec leurs « acteurs », leurs « coulisses », leur « public »... Les trois regards patrimoniaux différents, voire concurrents, aujourd'hui présents sur ce territoire sont essentiellement portés par des acteurs politiques, économiques ou territoriaux, ce qui soulève la question des liens forts entre constructions patrimoniales, d'une part, et enjeux économiques, politiques et/ou territoriaux d'autre part.
