Abstract
O ateliê̂ é o foco desta revista que pretende explorar esse espaço como lugar do fazer prático e teórico, e da experiência. Um lugar de ensino e aprendizagem, de trocas e reflexões. A ideia de explorar o ateliê̂ veio da necessidade de discutir e pensar sobre esse espaço/lugar como parte de grande importância para o ensino das artes visuais tanto na graduação quanto na escola. A partir disso a revista conta com um artigo que discute as formas de ocupação e uso do ateliê̂ na graduação de artes comparando os ateliês de duas universidades, a Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) e a Algoma University, em Sault Saint Marie, Canadá. A revista ainda traz o Projeto Albers, desenvolvido no Estúdio de Pintura Apotheke, que nada mais é do que uma reflexão sobre os exercícios práticos estudados em ateliê̂. Uma tradução sobre o curso preliminar da Bauhaus, o Vorkurs, o qual nos dá dimensão da importância do ateliê̂, da vivência, da prática e da experiência para o ensino de artes, e Um desafio proposto na disciplina Sobre ser artista professor, que também traz uma reflexão sobre a experiência e suas reverberações na arte.
