/ La présence dans les milieux récepteurs dulçaquicoles ou marins de molécules susceptibles d'interférer avec les processus hormonaux qui régulent les fonctions physiologiques majeures des vertébrés et invertébrés (reproduction, croissance) est maintenant avérée (TBT et imposex des mollusques, hormones sexuelles et induction de vitellogénine, etc). Actuellement, des marqueurs biochimiques ou moléculaires de perturbation endocrinienne sont disponibles chez les vertébrés, en particulier des marqueurs d'effet estrogénique chez le poisson. En revanche, peu de données existent pour les invertébrés, insectes, crustacés et mollusques. Or les populations d'invertébrés sont également exposées aux PE. Les mollusques gastéropodes prosobranches sont des modèles d'intérêt en écotoxicologie du fait de leur physiologie, leur maintien aisé en laboratoire et de leur rôle écologique dans le fonctionnement des écosystèmes aquatiques. De ce fait, trois espèces de mollusques prosobranches, caractérisés par des modes de reproduction différents, ont été sélectionnés comme espèces candidates au développement de biomarqueurs : Potamopyrgus\nantipodarum (parthénogénétique ovovivipare), Valvata piscinalis (hermaphrodite) et Lithoglyphus naticoides (reproduction sexuée, sexes séparés). Ces espèces n'ont jamais été étudiées du point de vue des biomarqueurs d'effets des PE. Nous nous sommes particulièrement intéressés à la reproduction et notamment au dosage de la vitellogénine chez ces espèces.
