Abstract
Esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida como parte do estudo de estágio pós doutoral realizado na Universidade de Aveiro, o qual realizou a análise das representações sociais, dos estudantes do estado de Pernambuco comparando-os com estudantes das escolas de Portugal, tentando analisar onde essas representações se aproximam ou se distanciam no contexto da Pandemia da Covid19. Neste recorte apresentamos os resultados referentes aos estudantes de uma escola portuguesa. Neste sentido, temos como objetivo compreender as representações sociais de escola dos estudantes do segundo e terceiro ciclo e do Ensino secundário dos estudantes portugueses. Nesta perspectiva, a pesquisa foi de cunho quanti-qualitativa. Utilizamos duas técnicas de coleta e análise de dados, as quais consistem em um questionário contendo questões abertas e fechadas e a técnica de associação livre de palavras, tratadas pelo software Iramuteq. A escola descrita por esses alunos tem suas funções pedagógicas evidenciadas no imaginário coletivo do grupo, nesse sentido, observamos que a representação social de escola é aquela que foi construída historicamente pela sociedade.
