Abstract

El sistema empresarial presenta una realidad donde es un asunto continuo y dinámico de adaptación a un entorno con factores de forma cambiante donde la competencia son los cambios tecnológicos, demandan estrategias en un mercado globalizado. Se vinculó esta investigación al liderazgo transformacional, buscando lograr objetivos y metas a nivel empresarial. Por ello, se tiene la necesidad de afrontar varios aportes de diferentes autores, en relación a esta temática, para lo cual se disertaron revistas científicas en el tema, siendo el objetivo reflexionar en torno a la relación era digital con los nuevos desafíos en la docencia. La investigación es documental bajo el método bibliográfico, con un paradigma humanista y enfoque cualitativo, diseño documental, de tipo exploratoria-interpretativo, presentando una técnica de lectura y herramienta de organización y análisis de información. Se analizó la estructura en los objetivos, el marco metodológico teórico, como los resultados y las conclusiones, donde se evidencia la configuración de los nuevos ambientes de trabajo en dichos entornos tecnológicos para el desarrollo humano digital y su competitividad de la organización y por ello se evidencia que se demandan de nuevas investigaciones, por lo que se aborda el Desafío en la era digital, desde un Liderazgo Transformacional Transcomplejo.
