Bibliographic record
Abstract
Ossifying fibroma a benign neoplasm of fibroosseous tissue, with well-defined limits histologically characterized a large amount of fibrocellular and mineralized tissue. This pathology is classified two categories, including juvenile trabecular ossifying fibroma (TrOF) and psammomatoid (PsOF).Although the characteristics of these lesions are presented in a similar way, the great difference between them is the average age of presentation: 6-11.5 years the trabecular and from 12-18.9 years older the psammomatoid.Between these two groups there are histological variants and among them is the possible and unusual presentation of malignancy within the histology. The aim of this report is to describe the treatment of an eight-year-old female patient with a diagnosis of highly aggressive juvenile ossifying fibroma with points of possible sarcomatous transformation in maxillary without recurrences clinical, radiographic and tomographic follow-up for 18 years.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
