Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The nursing consultation in a CAPS for children and adolescents: a unique therapeutic project and the intersection with psychosocial/interprofessional rehabilitation
Abstract: Locating the role that the Systematization of Nursing Care can play with mental health beds in general hospitals is a little easier than understanding how this process would take place within a community mental health service, as is the case of the Centers for Psychosocial Care (CAPS). We will make an experience report of the insertion of the Nursing Consultation in the context of a CAPS by a Resident Nurse in a Multiprofessional Residency in Health self-managed by the city of Paraná. The objectives of this present study are to report the perceptions about the introduction of the Nursing Consultation in Mental Health within the work process of a CAPS; and, to point out some reflections on the relationship between Systematization of Nursing Care/Singular Therapeutic Project and Interprofessionality/Psychosocial Rehabilitation. And for that to exist, meetings are necessary between the professionals themselves, and between them and the users, families and community.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
