Abstract
В статье впервые представлен обобщённый краткий анализ состояния международного правопорядка как результата применения норм международного права в первой четверти XXI века. На отдельных примерах с использованием сравнительного и прогностического методов исследования показана всё возрастающая роль России как субъекта международного права в международных событиях XXI в. Сделан вывод, о том что сохранение стабильных и предсказуемых международных отношений зависит не столько от качества или количества принимаемых международно-правовых актов, сколько от добросовестного отношения к уже имеющимся договорам во имя общей заботы о благополучии народов. The article contains a brief summary analysis of the state of international legal order as a benefit of implementation of standards of international law in the first quarter of the 21-st century. This is the first time the analysis has been presented. On the basis of a number of individual case studies carried out with the use of comparative and prognostic research methods the author emphasizes an ever increasing role of Russia as an international legal entity in major international events in the 21-st century. It is concluded that maintaining stable and predictable international relations depends not so much on the number and quality of legal acts adopted by international community but rather on diligent attitude and respect of the existing treaties for the sake of a common goal - the welfare of the peoples.
