EFEKTIVITAS EDUKASI PENCEGAHAN HIV DAN AIDS BERBASIS ONLINE TERHADAP PERILAKU KESEHATAN BERISIKO HIV/AIDS PADA PENYANDANG DISABILITAS TUNAWICARA

Abstract
Salah satu masalah kesehatan penyandang tuna wicara terkait dengan kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi, antara lain kurangnya pengetahuan yang komprehensif tentang HIV. Menganalisis pendidikan pencegahan HIV dan AIDS berbasis online tentang perilaku kesehatan berisiko HIV/AIDS pada penyandang tuna wicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-Post test Control Group Design. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kota Bogor pada tahun 2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan sistematik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang pada setiap kelompok. Variabel diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan intervensi berupa edukasi dengan video bahasa isyarat tentang pencegahan HIV dan AIDS. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa edukasi berbasis online dengan menggunakan video pencegahan HIV dan AIDS bagi penyandang tuna wicara efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap penyandang tuna wicara dalam mencegah perilaku berisiko responden dengan p value 0,000. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah karakteristik responden penelitian cukup bervariasi dalam pendidikan, usia, pekerjaan, sumber informasi tentang HIV dan AIDS serta video edukasi pencegahan HIV dan AIDS pada Penyandang Disabilitas Berbasis Online yang bermakna atau efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap penyandang disabilitas wicara dan efektif dalam mencegah responden berperilaku berisiko.
