Abstract
Las Reflexiones sobre el Concepto de Derecho en Ecuador y América Latina son páginas en las que se fijan las preocupaciones y glosas especializadas de personajes vinculados a la cátedra, al periodismo analítico, a la gestión universitaria; formados en el Derecho con perspectiva latinoamericana. Acuden en esta obra por iniciativa y convocatoria del Programa de Ética de la Universidad del Azuay, órgano que reúne a profesores y estudiantes de nuestra Universidad, precisamente para estimular conceptos y conductas con firme base moral, no solo en la formación profesional sino también para recorrer el trayecto común del ciudadano. El enfoque temático desarrollado con la sapiencia jurídica de los distinguidos autores nos permite actualizar conocimientos y criterios para comprender la evolución del Derecho en campos tan diversos como la economía, la política cual medio para la expresión de la ética y la dialéctica, los preceptos constitucionales, el ordenamiento jurídico o la Justicia y su debida administración, proyectándonos hacia una filosofía y teoría que se ajusten a las realidades del Ecuador y Latinoamérica en el siglo XXI.
