Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan stimulus rasa percaya diri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja bagi siswa SMK IT Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk seminar yang wajib diikuti oleh siswa kelas XII SMK IT Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan ini ialah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Informasi dan Teknologi Napala, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Antusiasme peserta dalam kegiatan ini begitu tinggi. Hal ini terlihat dari keaktifan dan jumlah peserta yang tidak berkurang dari awal hingga akhir kegiatan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan selama dua jam secara luring ini menujukkan betapa perlunya pemberian stimulus meningkatkan rasa percaya diri untuk siswa SMK khususnya, sebelum mereka menghadapi dunia kerja. Hal ini perlu dilakukan agar mental siswa terbentuk dan memiliki persiapan batin sebelum mereka benar-benar terjun ke dunia kerja.
