Abstract
Dans le cadre du « Plan Campus » annoncé en 2008, l’université de Lyon a lancé en 2014 une consultation pour la réhabilitation énergétique de ses quartiers scientifiques sur le campus de Lyon Tech-la Doua, en maîtrise d’œuvre publique selon une procédure conception réalisation exploitation et maintenance. Celle-ci concernait deux entités : l’Institut national des sciences appliquées (INSA) et l’université Claude-Bernard Lyon 1 (UCBL) pour un total de vingt bâtiments. Chacune de ces entités, bien que conçues par le même architecte, Jacques Perrin-Fayolle, possède une identité architecturale propre. À partir des objectifs de réduction des consommations énergétiques fixés sont présentées les solutions développées pour les deux typologies de façades, dont celle de Jean Prouvé pour l’INSA. Une seconde consultation plus récente pour la faculté de Pharmacie du campus Timone à Marseille (René Egger, architecte) est également présentée. Les effets de ce type de procédure issue des « contrats globaux sur performance » sur la préservation du patrimoine universitaire des années 1960 sont analysés.
