Hintergrund Osimertinib ist ein EGFR-TKI der 3. Generation, der EGFR-TKI sensitivierende und EGFR-T790M-Resistenzmutationen potent und selektiv hemmt. Osimertinib ist wirksam bei EGFRm NSCLC, einschließlich ZNS-Metastasierung.
