Sample included young children aged 1 to 6 years who were received operation related to EENT problems and were randomly divided into two groups including control (n = 50) and experimental (n = 50) groups. Parents in the intervention group were educated and supported how to manage their child's pain before and after their child's surgery. Pain of young children was assessed before (baseline) and every 4 hours within 24 hours after surgery. The measures in this study include 1) Teaching packet for pain management. 2) the CHEOPS (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Pain Scale), 3) the pain management satisfaction questionnaire. To assess the parental involvement's effect on outcome measures, data were analyzed using independent t-test and Repeated Measures ANOVA. The results found that there were no significant differences of pain scores and satisfaction scores between control and experiential groups (P>.05). However, parents in experimental group reported satisfactions for each subscale as high to highest level. Furthermore, parents in experimental group used several methods to relieve pain in their child more than those in control group. The findings of this study indicate that parental involvement is effective in postoperative pain management, and can be used among pediatric patients undergoing surgery.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
