ANÁLISE DO GRUPO DE “QUADRILHA FEIJÃO QUEIMADO” NA PERSPECTIVA DO LAZER SÉRIO

Abstract
A dança em grupo conhecida como quadrilha junina é uma atividade folclórica muito popular entre os brasileiros. No entanto, pouco se sabe sobre o que as experiências desenvolvidas nessa atividade representam para os seus praticantes, especificamente aos que pertencem a grupos que se dedicam a participar em campeonatos. Assim, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a participação dos membros do grupo da “Quadrilha Feijão Queimado”, partir das qualidades distintivas do lazer sério. Para a coleta de dados utilizamos a versão brasileira do Serious Leisure Inventory and Measure (SLIM). Participaram da pesquisa 20 integrantes do referido grupo (10 pessoas de cada sexo), com idade entre 15 e 29 anos (25 ±4,5 anos). Os resultados apontam para a presença das qualidades do lazer sério, como também sugerem que a participação no grupo promove o desenvolvimento de algumas dimensões específicas adotadas por esse construto, tais como a autorrealização, expressão de habilidade e prazer. Concluímos que a participação no grupo de “Quadrilha Feijão Queimado” pode ser caracterizada como um lazer sério, assim como contribui para o desenvolvimento de sentimentos de identidade, pertencimento, reconhecimento.
