Abstract
Au Canada, l'intervention du lgislateur dans un conflit de travail en cours se prsente parfois sous la forme d'une loi spciale de retour au travail. Bien qu'exceptionnelles, en ce sens qu'elles drogent au rgime gnral lgal de ngociation collective, ces lois sont nanmoins courantes. Elles visent empcher le dclenchement d'un arrt de travail imminent ou obliger le retour au travail des grvistes, ainsi qu' assurer le maintien de la prestation de travail sous peine de sanctions.
