Abstract
Cet article a pour objet de présenter en quoi le projet pédagogique de Lipman et Sharp pourrait offrir un certain éclairage sur les conditions de possibilité d’une éducation aux droits humains qui se voudrait plus respectueuse du pluralisme existant au sein des sociétés humaines. Pour ce faire, un détour par les éthiques du care semble essentiel car, du fait de leur origine philosophique pragmatiste, elles apportent une réflexion théorique sur les fondements épistémologiques et éthiques d’une éducation promouvant le pluralisme épistémique. Nous nous demanderons dans quelle mesure la communauté de recherche philosophique de Lipman et Sharp peut ainsi instituer une pratique éducative de care, elle-même condition de possibilité d’une éducation dialogique et non relativiste, répondant en partie aux enjeux soulevés par la volonté de promouvoir une éducation pluraliste des droits humains.
