Abstract
عنوان البحث: واقع ممارسة القيادة الموزعة في المدارس الثانوية العامة (دراسة ميدانية في محافظة سوهاج). هدف البحث إلى توضيح وتحليل الإطار النظري للقيادة الموزعة في ضوء الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، وكذلك الوقوف على واقع ممارسة القيادة الموزعة ومتطلبات تطبيقها ومعوقات تنفيذها في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة سوهاج. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، كما اعتمد البحث في جمع البيانات على استبانة، تم تطبيقها على عينة عددها 1200 من معلمي ومعلمات ووكلاء ومديري المدارس الثانوية العامة في ست إدارات تعليمية بمحافظة سوهاج تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. كما استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاحصائي الوصفي لمعالجة نتائج الإطار الميداني. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى القيادة الموزعة تؤثر تأثير ايجابي على كل من المعلمين والقادة انفسهم مما يؤثر في تحسين الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للطلاب، ومن ثم تحسن اداء المدرسة وتطويرها. واختتمت الدراسة بوضع بعض التوصيات لتفعيل القيادة الموزعة بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة سوهاج. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الموزعة ,التعليم الثانوي العام.
