Abstract
En mai 2019, l'Assemble mondiale de la sant de l'Organisation mondiale de la sant (OMS) a approuv la Classification internationale des maladies et des problmes de sant connexes (CIM-11) pour les statistiques de mortalit et de morbidit.La version statistique de la CIM-11 est entre en vigueur le 1 er janvier 2022.Cet article dcrit le processus de rvision de la CIM-11 entrepris par l'OMS dans l'laboration d'une version pour spcialistes de la sant mentale, due pour publication en 2022.Cet effort sans prcdent a impliqu des experts, des organisations et membres du public de diverses rgions du monde.Nous dcrivons galement les essais sur le terrain a travers l'internet et en clinique qui ont t utiliss pour vrifier la validit, l'utilit clinique, la fiabilit et l'acceptabilit au sens large de la classification avant sa publication.L'accent est mis sur les aspects du dveloppement de la CIM-11 qui ont fait appel des parties prenantes francophones.Enfin, le plan de formation des cliniciens et de mise en oeuvre de la CIM-11 est discut.
