Abstract
Pembentukan daerah di Indonesia merupakan proses yang kompleks dan penting dalam upaya menciptakan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan efektif di tingkat daerah. Konsep-konsep yang relevan dengan pembentukan daerah meliputi desentralisasi, otonomi daerah, pengembangan wilayah, penguatan ekonomi daerah, partisipasi publik, koordinasiantar daerah, keseimbangan antar wilayah, dan keterpaduan pembangunan. Dalam mengimplementasikan konsep-konsep tersebut, diperlukan keseriusan dan kerja sama antara pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Pembentukan daerah yang dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien dapat memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat dan negara, seperti peningkatan pelayanan publik, peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih merata di seluruh Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pembentukan daerah perlu dikelola dengan baik dan diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan merata di seluruh wilayah Indonesia
