Abstract
Perkembangan ekonomi di daerah-daerah di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan, yang terutama disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19, salah satunya yaitu berdampak pada UMKM. Beberapa UMKM bahkan terpaksa harus berhenti karena produksi sudah tidak dapat dilakukan dan kegiatan jual beli yang terhambat pembatasan dari pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, pada saat ini, UMKM yang sebelumnya terkendala pandemi Covid-19 mulai berupaya untuk bangkit kembali. Desa Godan menjadi salah satu desa di Kabupaten Grobogan yang juga berupaya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dengan menghidupkan kembali UMKM. Dengan ini, Tim KKN 358 UNS melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan melaksanakan program kerja utama yang bertajuk Pendampingan pengolahan tahu walik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring bersamaan dengan pelaksanaan PKK Bulanan di Desa Godan. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respon positif dari anggota PKK yang menghadiri kegiatan tersebut. Anggota PKK juga antusias untuk memproduksi tahu walik tersebut dalam skala rumahan. Kegiatan pendampingan pengolahan tahu walik ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat Desa Godan, terutama bagi masyarakat yang memiliki UMKM.
