Air adalah kebutuhan vital untuk keberlangsungan hidup setiap makhluk di bumi. Tanpa adanya air di bumi maka kehidupan tidak akan pernah ada). Tingkat kebutuhan air di setiap daerah pasti berbeda yang disebabkan oleh tingkat penggunaan dan jumlah penduduk di daerah tersebut. Begitu pula kebutuhan air bersih di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berfariatif di setiap wilayahnya termasuk di Desa Tinawun Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkiraan jumlah penduduk Desa Tinawun tahun 2030 dikaitkan dengan kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Tinawun pada tahun 2030. Metode perhitungan menggunakan aritmatik, geometrik dan regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Jumlah penduduk Desa Tinawun pada tahun 2030 diprediksi sebanyak 1.867 Jiwa, Sedangkan untuk jumlah pelanggan pengguna air WISLIC pada tahun 2030 diperkirakan sebanyak 124 SR atau diperkirakan sebnayak 1,275 jiwa. Prediksi kebutuhan air Desa Tinawun berdasarkan jumlah prediksi penduduk pada tahun 2030 sebanyak 1,789 Liter/detik, Untuk prediksi kebutuhan air berdasarkan jumlah pelanggan pada tahun 2030 sebanyak 0,955 liter/detik. Sedangkan ketersedian air Sendang Sejahtera yang dari hasil penelitian didapat hasil 0,919 liter/detik, sehingga untuk mencukupi kebutuha air ditahun 2030 memiliki kekurangan air sebanyak 0,036 liter/detik.
