Abstract
Latar belakang: Corporate Human Resource Kompas Gramedia memiliki salah program yang mendukung upaya promosi kesehatan di tempat kerja yaitu Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAP merupakan program yang dirancang untuk meringankan dan membantu menghilangkan berbagai masalah di tempat kerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta membuat rekomendasi terkait promosi kesehatan di tempat kerja berdasarkan Ottawa Charter. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa elemen membangun kebijakan berwawasan kesehatan sudah dilakukan, yaitu tersedianya peraturan tertulis terkait perilaku sehat, namun masih belum diketahui banyak pekerja. Elemen menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun kurangnya kesadaran pekerja menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Elemen memperkuat tindakan masyarakat diwujudkan dengan baik. Elemen mengembangkan keterampilan pribadi diwujudkan melalui program pengembangan diri. Elemen penataan ulang pelayanan kesehatan diwujudkan melalui kerjasama dengan provider kesehatan, namun belum terdapat kerjasama dengan layanan kesehatan setempat. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah implementasi promosi kesehatan di Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia berdasarkan Ottawa Charter sudah baik, namun pada elemen membangun kebijakan berwawasan kesehatan diperlukan penambahan variabel terkait rokok.
