Abstract
«Acceder» es el programa de empleo de Fundación Secretariado Gitano; un modelo de intervención para la inserción laboral de personas gitanas en situación de vulnerabilidad y baja empleabilidad, con respuestas muy adaptadas a cada persona y al mercado laboral. Tras 20 años de vigencia, una evaluación muestra la amplia cobertura del Programa y su impacto en la comunidad gitana; cómo ha contribuido a mejorar la vida de las personas gitanas; a revalorizar el papel de la formación; a catalizar cambios para el avance de las mujeres gitanas; también ha sido un buen antídoto contra la discriminación y el antigitanismo, contribuyendo a derribar prejuicios, a promover el conocimiento de la comunidad gitana y a crear conciencia sobre sus derechos de ciudadanía.
