Abstract
Bimbingan Teknis yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur ini adalah bimbingan teknis kearsipan, berupa pemberian materi serta praktek pengelolaan arsip yang diikuti oleh arsiparis dan petugas pengelola arsip di perangkat daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model pengembangan Dick and Carey. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data dibedakan menjadi 3 (tiga), yaitu 1) Data evaluasi tahap pertama berupa hasil uji coba dari ahli isi materi dan ahli desain 2) Data hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 3) Data hasil uji coba lapangan dan disertai dengan angket. Validasi dari Ahli Materi diperoleh persentase sebesar 80% (kategori baik), tetapi perlu beberapa revisi. Hasil validasi dari ahli desain diperoleh persentase sebesar 90,66 % (kategori sangat baik), tetapi tetap adanya sedikit revisi. Selanjutnya perolehan score dari Uji Kelompok Kecil dan Uji Lapangan mendapatkan persentase sebesar 89,98 % untuk Uji Kelompok Kecil (kategori sangat baik), sedangkan Uji Lapangan memperoleh persentase sebesar 90,26% (kategori sangat baik). Sedangkan respons dari Pengajar materi Pengelolaan Arsip Aktif dan Inaktif diperoleh persentase sebesar 90,66% (kategori sangat baik).
