Abstract
A presente obra dá prosseguimento às reflexões iniciadas durante o colóquio Entre l’ombre et la lumière: Regards critiques sur les stages de formation professionnelle dansles métiers relationnels, que foi realizado no quadro do XX Congresso internacional da Associação Mundial das Ciências da Educação (AME-AMCE-WAER). Com o objetivo de promover intercâmbios e estimular debates em torno de trabalhos de pesquisa provenientes de diferentes campos do conhecimento, 27 pesquisadores de sete universidades do Brasil e do Québec (Canadá) apresentam dados de pesquisas originais que abordam criticamente, em português ou em francês, a questão dos estágios de formação em profissões relacionais. As reflexões propostas estão organizadas em torno de três eixos norteadores: as contribuições dos estágios no desenvolvimento de saberes e competências necessários ao exercício profissional e na construção da identidade profissional; os efeitos das experiências realizadas durante os estágios na vida pessoal e social, na saúde e no bem-estar, na perseverança e no êxito dos estagiários; a intervenção dos agentes supervisores de estágio tanto do ponto de vista da estruturação das atividades de aprendizagem supervisionada que dos dispositivos utilizados, das estratégias empregadas et dos processos avaliativos postos em prática. Com a publicação dessa obra, esperamos contribuir para a reflexão de pesquisadores e formadores de profissionais não somente no Brasil e no Québec, mas também em diferentes países onde o exercício profissional nas profissões relacionais e os estágios de formação a elas associados representam um enorme desafio para a formação de profissionais qualificados e se encontram no centro das preocupações atuais da pesquisa nas ciências sociais.
