Abstract
This article aims to analyze the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of a high school unit located in the municipality of Chapadinha -MA.It consists of a qualitative research and descriptive approach in order to analyze the PPP of the institution used as a field of study.For its analysis, the points that constitute the document were contemplated, such as: the school, administrative and curricular organization.It starts from the principle of a critical analysis about the general construct of institutional identity and its philosophical ideals.It is evidenced some problems, which although they are not established in the PPP of the school, it can be noticed in the course of its analysis evidencing in a general way the problematic of the school and the management in order to detail with more reliability the planning and execution of activities in the school environment.The perspective of a learning and citizen school goes through a reflection on its educational intentionality, where the collective dialogue provides the need to review, revise and rewrite continuously its pedagogical political project in a democratic way.
