Contexte : La campagne vaccinale contre la maladie à coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) a révélé la nécessité de mieux comprendre les besoins de différentes populations.Les francophones en situation minoritaire (FSM) ont plus difficilement accès à des soins de qualité en français, et cette problématique s'est accentuée pendant la pandémie de COVID-19.Objectif : Cette enquête visait à développer un portrait descriptif des besoins de santé des FSM en lien avec la campagne vaccinale de la COVID-19 en décrivant leur statut vaccinal, leurs attitudes et leurs croyances comparativement aux anglophones majoritaires.Méthodes : Une enquête a été menée avec les participants admissibles avec un échantillonnage de convenance.La mesure des données comprend une comparaison statistique descriptive utilisant une analyse de la variance, des régressions logistiques univariées et un test z à deux proportions.Résultats : Des 1 505 répondants (554 FSM vs 946 anglophones), les FSM ont un âge moyen de 51,4 ans et 89,2 % sont citoyens canadiens.La vaccination infantile était prépondérante chez les anglophones (74,2 % vs 86,3 %), incluant celle contre la COVID-19 (58,6 % vs 73,9 %).Une plus grande proportion de FSM s'est fait vacciner pour l'obtention du passeport vaccinal (39 % vs 29,3 %).Parmi les non-vaccinés, les FSM remettaient davantage en cause l'efficacité des vaccins (60 % vs 36,4 %).Les citoyens canadiens FSM ayant des études supérieures pouvaient être divisés par rapport au schéma vaccinal.Conclusion : Cette enquête a soulevé des différences entre les FSM et la majorité anglophone selon leurs perceptions de l'efficacité vaccinale, notamment la vaccination infantile, et une polarisation des attitudes/croyances des FSM selon certains facteurs sociodémographiques.
