Abstract
Le protocole compassionnel d’Hervé Guibert, deuxième volet de sa “trilogie du sida”, où un narrateur sidéen raconte l’avancée de sa maladie parallèlement à ses relations thérapeutiques et personnelles, marque l’entrée en scène du docteur Claudette Dumouchel. Cette nouvelle relation, fondée sur l’éthique d’une figure féminine d’autorité, se met rapidement à vaciller : l’identité homosexuelle du patient Guibert se dissémine parallèlement à l’androgynie du docteur Dumouchel, à mesure que les examens diagnostics s’érotisent. Cette désorientation sexuelle – interidentitaire et interdiscursive – de la relation de soin, appréhendée à l’aune de Derrida, Bakhtine et Butler, propulse dans un contexte social érigeant le sida en “maladie gay”, et la “matrice hétérosexuelle” en fantasme de guérison. Puis au final une question surgit, en échos des théories du care : se pourrait-il que la médecine féministe et queer soit la clé de voûte d’une (ré)humanisation de la pratique médicale ?
