Abstract
PRBCT is a common neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) intervention.NIRS measures regional tissue oxygen saturation non-invasively (Figure 1) and continuously, refl ecting the oxygen saturation in a mixed vascular bed dominated primarily by venules.Our null hypothesis is that NIRS-measured cerebral, renal, intestine, and skeletal muscle TO parameters do not trend linearly before, during, and after PRBCT in a decomposing time series model.
