HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU YANG MEMPUNYAI ANAK USIA 1-2 TAHUN DENGAN KELENGKAPAN IMUNISASI DASAR

Abstract
Terdapat 20 juta anak di dunia yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap, bahkan ada yang tidak mendapatkan imunisasi sama sekali. Data Puskesmas Nanggalo tahun 2020 didapatkan 54,8% bayi yang mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap, dibandingkan tahun 2019 terjadi penurunan 90,7%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu yang Mempunyai Anak Usia 1-2 Tahun dengan Kelengkapan Imunisasi Dasar Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Nanggalo Padang Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Nanggalo Padang pada tanggal 29 Juli sampai 07 Agustus 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 669 orang, dan responden sebanyak 87 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Purpusive Sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan imunisasi tidak lengkap lebih dari separoh yaitu 64%, tingkat kecemasan ringan 41,4%. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi-square didapatkan p= 0,010 (p ≤ 0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan bermakna antara tingkat kecemasan ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 1-2 tahun dengan kelengkapan imunisasi dasar dimasa pandemi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Nanggalo Padang tahun 2021. Diharapkan kepada pihak Puskesmas untuk memikirkan cara kreatif (online/bingkisan kecil) sehingga penyuluhan berhasil dilakukan dan ibu datang ke Puskesmas untuk melakukan imunisasi.
