Abstract
PT. XYZ adalah merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi Silent Chain dan Rim, selama periode bulan September 2022 – februari 2023 menurut data Departemen Produksi tingkat barang NG di periode tersebut meningkat dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat NG barang salah satunya ialah Kinerja Karyawan PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, hubungan antar karyawan, dan kondisi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.XYZ. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus slovin menghasilkan responden sebanyak 161 responden, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik kuesioner, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi liniear berganda menggunakan uji two-tailed dengan aplikasi Analysis of moment structure versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh antara variabel Hubungan Antar Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai P>0.05 sedangkan Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kondisi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai P<0.05.
