Abstract
По мере совершенствования эндоваскулярных методов лечения атеросклероза коронарных артерий были разработаны биодеградируемые стенты, характеризующиеся поэтапным рассасыванием после имплантации. Целью данной работы явилось представление результатов одноцентрового проспективного исследования эффективности и безопасности имплантации биодеградируемого стента Magmaris (Biotronik, Switzerland) пациентам с ишемической болезнью сердца. Согласно полученным данным успешное выполнение стентирования было в 100% случаев с благоприятными исходами – количество случаев рестеноза было выявлено только в 1 случае (5%) при отсутствии летальности от любых причин, сердечно-сосудистых и церебральных событий. Также было выявлено статистически значимое уменьшение функционального класса стенокардии напряжения согласно классификации Канадского общества по изучению сердечно – сосудистых заболеваний (Canadian Cardiovascular Society, CCS) и выраженности симптомов сердечной недостаточности согласно классификации Нью-Йоркской ассоциации сердца (NYHA) после процедуры стентирования. В результате проведенного исследования имплантация биодеградируемых стентов Magmaris для лечения пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца продемонстрировала высокую клиническую эффективность и безопасность в течение 12-ти месячного периода наблюдения.
