Abstract

Neste artigo apresentamos levantamento realizado no Rio Grande do Sul e Ceará acerca das instituições privadas que atuam na área de educação nestes estados. Trata-se de uma pesquisa que ocorre de forma simultânea no RS e CE e aqui apresentamos resultados parciais de mapeamento que ocorreu de janeiro a junho de 2023 e janeiro a junho de 2022. Estruturamos através de duas figuras as instituições e a intervenção do privado no público, com o objetivo de deixar claro que atualmente temos uma linha muito tênue entre púbico e privado. A pesquisa diz respeito a participações destas instituições, nas formações, no gerenciamento e controle da ação educacional dentro das escolas. Identificamos que a ação das instituições privadas difere nos dois estados. Enquanto no CE elas estão dentro das escolas, intervindo na gestão da escola e na sala de aula, na avaliação dos alunos, na formação dos professores, no RS, o privado age diretamente nas formações dos professores presencial e online. Como premissa de nossas considerações finais, temos por objetivo jogar luz sobre o processo acelerado da invasão do setor privado no território do público.
