AVALIAÇÃO DA DOR EM PACIENTES COM SÍNDROME DA FIBROMIALGIA: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Abstract
A Fibromialgia é uma doença crônica descrita pela presença permanente de dor e pontos dolorosos, mas de causa ainda desconhecida. O objetivo desse estudo foi descrever os instrumentos de avaliação da dor em pacientes com fibromialgia com base nas diretrizes e evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura. Estudo de revisão sistemática com abordagem descritiva. A Fibromialgia é acompanhada por dor crônica, promovendo sintomas de fadiga, distúrbio do sono, disfunção cognitiva e episódios depressivos, tendo maior predominância em mulheres, possivelmente, devido aos mecanismos hormonais. A dor é um resultado de influências biológicas, cognitivas, emocionais e ambientais. Dentre os questionários de avaliação de pacientes com fibromialgia têm-se Critérios de Avaliação da Fibromialgia do ACR, Escala de Depressão de Beck, Escala de Ansiedade Traço-Estado, Escala Analógica Visual, Questionário de Dor de McGill, Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire, Multidimensional Pain Inventory, SF-36 Health Survey Short Form e Pain Processing Inventory. Os critérios do American College of Rheumatology de 2016 pautados na avaliação clínica do paciente torna-se a forma de diagnóstico com maior respaldo na literatura. Sendo assim, com a finalidade de rastreio inicial da doença na população de forma simples, o mais indicado é o Fibromyalgia Rapid Screening Tool (FiRST). Conclui-se que a avaliação para o controle do quadro álgico em pacientes com fibromialgia é o principal objetivo do tratamento, pois busca melhorar a reestruturação da capacidade funcional e qualidade de vida do paciente. Para isso, a escolha do instrumento de avaliação deve ser individualizada e específica a condição em que o paciente se encontra. Palavras-chave: Fibromialgia. Avaliação. Instrumentos
