DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM SISTEMA WEB DE APOIO PARA ÀS ATIVIDADES LABORAIS DO AGENTE COMUNITÁRIO DE SAÚDE

Abstract
O desempenho das atividades do Agente Comunitário de Saúde implica em produção e elaboração de relatórios extensivos, muitas vezes consumidores de recursos em papel. Diante dessa constatação, o propósito deste estudo consiste em desenvolver um Sistema de Informação Web destinado a automatizar, otimizar o armazenamento e facilitar a consulta no contexto dessas tarefas. O processo metodológico foi segmentado em quatro etapas, a saber: revisão da literatura, condução de entrevistas com os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde, formulação dos métodos e implementação do sistema. No que diz respeito à implementação, utilizamos PHP para programação e desenvolvimento, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap e JavaScript para o componente visual do sistema, MySQL para modelagem e armazenamento de dados, e Astah para o planejamento e design do sistema. Evidencia-se que a implantação do sistema web acarreta uma melhoria substancial na transparência da informação, na coleta e gestão de dados, bem como na otimização do desempenho laboral desse profissional de saúde. Além disso, resulta em diversos benefícios adicionais, como a redução significativa no tempo despendido nas atividades influenciadas pelo agente, bem como a promoção de práticas sustentáveis, através da redução drástica do consumo de papel.
