Abstract
Pendahuluan : Tingginya angka prevalensi balita dengan stunting menyebabkan faktor masalah defisit kesehatan komunitas dalam pemenuhan nutrisi anak. Defisit kesehatan komunitas stunting merupakan masalah global, sehingga kebijakan penanganan stunting sendiri telah menjadi komitmen global. Namun program yang telah dibuat oleh pemerintah belum dapat berjalan secara optimal. Tujuan: Untuk mendapatkan gambaran asuhan keperawatan komunitas masalah defisit kesehatan komunitas kurang optimalnya pemenuhan nutrisi anak dengan intervensi pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat dan promosi perilaku upaya kesehatan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Puger Kabupaten Jember. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling untuk menentukan informan sebagai narasumber Sampel penelitian yaitu kelompok umur 0-5 tahun. Sementara, teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas wawancara mendalam dengan format pertanyaan terbuka, observasi langsung dan dokumen tertulis. Analisis data menggunakan asuhan keperawatan dengan pendekatan SDKI,SLKI, dan SIKI. Hasil: intervensi pengembangan kesehatan masyarakat dan promosi perilaku upaya kesehatan dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan komunitas dalam pemenuhan nutrisi anak. Kesimpulan: terdapat peningkatan ketersediaan program proteksi kesehatan, partisipasi dalam program kesehatan komunitas, kepatuhan terhadap standar kesehatan lingkungan, dan pemantauan standar kesehatan komunitas
